U.S. Department of State and GCDC Security Information for Spring 2017
All individuals attending the May 2, 2017 Model UN Conference are required to submit information for security pre-clearance to enter the building. If this information is not provided by April 13, 2017 unfortunately you will be unable to attend the conference.
No changes to registration will be accepted after April 13, 2017.
Please completed the security form (here ) by April 13, 2017. The U.S. Department of State requires the first and last name and birthdate of all attendees.
All adults over the age of 18 must bring a Government Issued Photo ID (DL /OR/ Passport). U.S. Citizens are not required to provide passport information unless they have an out of date or expired DL.
Non-U.S. Citizens are required to provide passport information for entry.

Lunch is provided on May 2, 2017 as part of the delegate and faculty fee. Please include dietary restrictions or requests (i.e. vegetarian, no pork, etc.) on the security form beside the appropriate name.
Country Assignment Policy for Spring 2017
During registration groups may have list country requests, GCDC will do our best to accomodate these requests but make no guarantees.
Country assignments will be provided by GCDC after payment has been received.
In order to be eligible for a committee award delegations must submit one (1) position paper per country (i.e. if two delegates are representing the United States they will only submit one position paper between the two of them).
There will also be an award for most outstanding position paper for each committee. Position paper requirements and guidelines can be found at the end of each background guide, and all position papers must be sent to

GCDC Payment Policy for Spring 2017
Schools that have not submitted their payment by April 6, 2017 will unfortunately be unable to attend the conference. Groups may pay via check made out to "UNA-NCA" or pay online, payments will no longer be collected over the phone. Click here to make a payment online.GCDC Refund Policy
After March 3, 2017, UNA - NCA will only refund 50% of the delegate and faculty fees, as indicated on each school's most recent invoice. After April 6. 2017, no refunds will be processed.
