UNA-NCA is one of those communities. For decades, our chapter has built a space in the National Capital Area where people believe in the promise of the United Nations and the power of global citizenship. From students as young as 10 years old discovering diplomacy for the first time to young professionals and experienced leaders, our work brings people together around the idea that humanity is strongest when we choose compassion and cooperation.
Today is Giving Tuesday. Like many others we are asking for support, but with a very focused purpose. Your gift will not simply sustain our operations. It will allow more people to participate in the work we lead across the National Capital Area and help build a stronger and more engaged community that can elevate the ideals of human rights and the United Nations in the DMV area.
