Senior Director, External Affairs, Meridian International Center

 


Katherine Boyce serves as Senior Director for External Affairs at Meridian International Center, where she oversees strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement. She previously directed the Meridian Center for Diplomatic Engagement, facilitating programs that connect foreign diplomats with U.S. policymakers and institutions. Her earlier roles include managing international exchanges at the National Conference of State Legislatures and supporting Track II diplomacy on US-Iran, Syria, and Western Sahara at Search for Common Ground. Ms. Boyce holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and certifications in mediation, conflict analysis, and inter-religious understanding.
