Nadjad Nikabou Salifou

Investment Analyst

Nadjad Nikabou has served the UNA-NCA since 2020, initially joining the organization as an Advocacy Fellow. She transitioned into her current role as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals, helping organize and plan events that shed light on various career paths and their impact as it relates to the UN SDGs. Outside of the UNA-NCA, Nadjad works in the financial industry having served as an Investment Analyst for a fund and an Operations Associate at Morgan Stanley. She earned a Master of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia (UVA) and also majored in Global Development Studies and History (minored in French). Ms. Nikabou is passionate about entrepreneurship, finance, and how our love for humanity can help mobilize resources for the better.

Vision Statement

There’s a continuous need to draw in more members from both North Virginia and Maryland. My vision is to help expand the name and brand of UNA-NCA by making it more inclusive to surrounding areas. Additionally, I aspire to facilitate dialogues that prioritize the organization's financial strength.
