Asher Spivak
Carly Liao is a Program Assistant for Global Classrooms DC (GCDC) at UNA-NCA. She is pursuing a BSFS in International Politics from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service with a minor in Chinese. Carly has been involved in Model UN since her freshman year of high school, and has spearheaded numerous outreach initiatives to educate other middle and high school students on Model UN. In addition to her Model UN involvement, Carly contributes to the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs (GJIA), the Georgetown School of Foreign Service's flagship peer-reviewed international affairs journal. She also conducts research with the ALLMEP nonprofit as a research analyst in the Georgetown International Research Group. Beyond her academic interests, Carly enjoys speaking with prospective students as a university campus tour guide. In her free time, she likes to try out new restaurants in the area, visit museums, and drink boba with friends. She is excited to develop her communication & educational skills with GCDC and share her love of international relations with young students.
