Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Todd is excited to join UNA-NCA as a program assistant through the University of California Washington Program (UCDC). A senior at UCLA majoring in Public Affairs with a minor in Education, Todd brings to the table a strong background in educational program development and cross-cultural collaboration. He began his work in education as a special education assistant in Orange County, California, supporting students with diverse learning needs. He later transitioned into international student recruitment at a private high school, guiding students through the U.S. education system and building partnerships to expand academic opportunities. Combining policy insight with hands-on project management, Todd is passionate about education equity and global collaboration in expanding access to higher education. He looks forward to supporting UNA-NCA’s mission, contributing to youth engagement initiatives, and helping the Global Classrooms DC program reach a broader and more diverse audience.
