Jacqui Hatch is a Higher Education professional focused on advancing global initiatives at the tertiary level that expand access, equity, and social impact through international institutional partnerships. Her work spans universities, NGOs, Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and multilateral organizations, where she supports program design and cultivates strategic collaborations linking higher education with international development priorities.
Jacqui has led initiatives supporting stateless and internally displaced populations across Asia, including mobilizing ESL programs and contributing to education responses in humanitarian contexts. She served as the inaugural graduate fellow at the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Geneva Liaison Office, supporting collaborations with the Office of the Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues pursuant to Human Rights Council resolutions. She has also held research-consultant roles with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the International Rescue Committee (IRC) focused on access for displaced students and scholars.
Jacqui holds Bachelor degrees in Communications, Journalism, and Political Science from Duquesne University and a Master’s degree in Education & Human Development from the George Washington University.
