Shayna Vayser
Shayna Vayser leads UNA-NCA's Advocacy team as an experienced storyteller, mobilizer, and facilitator. She earned her Master's in International Relations from American University's School of International Service, where she focused on public policy, social innovation, and global governance. Shayna has sought to integrate her background as a policy analyst and published researcher with her passion for social justice, working as a government relations liaison across various industries- from media development to refugee resettlement.

She most recently served as a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Security, Innovation, and New Technology, where her work explored the role of emerging technologies in shaping criminal justice reform, access to asylum, and sustainable development. Shayna hails from Southern California and enjoys documentaries and exploring the DC arts scene.
