Andrew Doll
Originally from Ohio, Andrew is excited to serve UNA-NCA as the Managing Director of Programs & Membership. Previously, he managed international education-exchange programs working with South African, Israeli, and Palestinian young leaders helping them develop community service, entrepreneurship, and leadership talents.

From his time with these programs, and a master’s degree from the University of Kent in Brussels, Belgium, he brings a background in international relations, cross-cultural communication, mediation, and public speaking. Previously, he has been responsible for event management, publicity, communications, team development, and curriculum management. He leverages these experiences while at UNA-NCA working on UNA-NCA's events, programming, membership, and operations.

Prior to joining the UNA-NCA, Andrew has over 15 years of experience attending and staffing Model UN conferences. In his spare time he enjoys movies, music, and trying out new restaurants.
