Cesar Fernandez is a recent graduate of The George Washington University, holding a Master of Arts in International Affairs with a specialization in Conflict and Conflict Resolution. He is passionate about the dynamic landscape of foreign policy and international relations, especially within international organizations like the United Nations, NATO, and the European Union. He is efficient and well-organized when it comes to completing tasks and is always open-minded when faced with a challenge.
In the past, Cesar has served as an Operations and Programs Manager for the World Affairs Councils of America, and was part of a research group for the WTO with the School for International Training. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Cesar used to surf professionally through high school and college and also enjoys skateboarding in his free time. He has traveled to more than twenty countries including China, Cambodia, and South Africa. He is also an avid watcher of soccer and strongly supports FC Barcelona and Arsenal.
