In celebration of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations and the 77th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UNA-NCA will recognize outstanding individuals and organizations who are working to improve human rights in their communities and around the world.

Human Rights Partner	$1000	6	Supporter level benefits, plus: increased ad size to an eighth of a page.

Both individuals and organizations can use this form to sponsor!  If you are completing this on behalf of an organization, please indicate the organization's name in the "Additional Comments" box under the sponsorship amount. Sponsorships will be accepted through the event, but sponsorships made after December 5th will not be in the printed program.
