Model UN helps prepare students to be young leaders by introducing them to global issues, including those concerning peace and security, the environment, human rights and more. It allows them to critically think about these issues and discuss them with their peers, while also teaching and strengthening important skills including research, writing, public speaking, and negotiation. Hear directly from our students on why Model UN is important.

With your support, GCDC can continue to offer FREE and reduced cost program services to GCDC's public school students, including schools classified as Title I and FARM. With the current impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on education, your support also helps us to continue to transform our program virtually.
