Jacqueline Hatch (Jacqui) is a Graduate Student at the George Washington University (GWU) where she focuses on International Development and Education in Emergencies (EiE) and is the acting Co-Director of the Refugee Educational Advancement Lab (REAL). This past Fall, Jacqui served as the inaugural Graduate Fellow at the UNESCO Geneva Liaison Office (GLO) where she focused on multilateral engagement as it relates to the education and humanitarian sectors. For the last several years she has mobilized Teach English as a Second Language (TESOL) programs and supported resettlement efforts for internally displaced populations throughout Asia, worked in various government capacities, supported policy efforts for the Institute of International Education (IIE), and contributed research to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and The International Rescue Committee (IRC). She is passionate about multilateral engagement and program development as it relates to displaced youth and marginalized populations.
