Thomas (Huan-Cheng) Liu is an Incoming Consulting Analyst at Accenture. After joining UNA-NCA as a high school sophomore, he designed the Sustainable Development Committee’s nationally televised event, “Congress and the SDGs,” and initiated a high-level SDGs forum featuring three ambassadors and high-level diplomatic representatives. He recently served as UNA-NCA’s Student Representative from 2021 to 2022.

Thomas is skilled in communications, events, fundraising, partnerships, project management, and strategic planning through his experiences in fast-paced startups, established nonprofits, the executive and legislative branches of the federal government, the private sector, and his board service.

Thomas graduated from William & Mary, majoring in Government & Business Analytics (Data Science). He was the President of the William & Mary Global Innovation Challenge (WMGIC), a student-led platform for interdisciplinary collaboration and applied learning recognized by NATO ACT, USAID, and the UN SDSN.

Thomas is passionate about fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in international development and aspires to work in Development Consulting.

Vision Statement:

Thomas hopes to leverage his advocacy, board, and programming experience to further the mission of UNA-NCA. He plans to continue his involvement with the Governance Committee and support the Development Committee. Additionally, Thomas intends to strengthen his involvement in programs, including the Sustainable Development Committee, Global Classrooms DC, and Global Goals at Home.
