Maeve McDermott is an environmental lawyer and climate policy researcher, who is proud to serve as co-advocacy officer on the UNA-NCA's Young Professionals Board. Maeve currently works as a coordinator for the Climate Law and Governance Initiative and as a legal researcher for Williamson Law + Policy. Maeve also conducts climate policy research for the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law. Maeve holds a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School, an MPhil in environmental policy from the University of Cambridge, and a BS in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
