The annual Winter Model UN Training Conference is an opportunity for students to build basic Model UN skills, including public speaking skills, resolution writing, and research on country positions. During the conference, students have the chance to work with fellow delegates from all over the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area.The Winter Conference is only available for schools registered in the GCDC Community. Student Delegate Fees (GCDC YR Community Schools)
- $30 Public / Public Charter Schools in MD & VA
- $40Private / Out-of-Region Schools or Groups (including independents)
- $15 Public / Public Charter Schools in Washington DC
- Title I DCPS/ DC Public Charter Schools fees are covered by donations and grants
- $25 Additional Faculty / Chaperone Fee (Year-Round program includes 1 faculty ticket)
- $40 for non-GCDC YR Public Schools/Public Charters in MD & VA
- $50 for non-GCDC YR Private Schools/Out of Region/Groups
- $15 for DCPS/DC Public Charter
